Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking a stay, event, or production at Masia Can Parés, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a respectful, transparent and enjoyable experience for everyone on our property.

2. Bookings & Payments

Reservations are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.
Payment methods and schedules may vary depending on the type of booking (stay, retreat, or production).
Rates include VAT where applicable.
Very Good Karma S.L. reserves the right to modify prices before confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival: full refund (minus transaction fees).
Cancellations between 30 and 60 days: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 30 days: non-refundable.
For film shoots, events or retreats, specific cancellation terms may apply and will be stated in the contract.
No refund will be made for early departures.

4. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: before 11:00 AM
Different schedules can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

5. Use of the Property

Guests agree to respect the property, its environment, and its neighbors.
The number of guests must not exceed that agreed upon at the time of booking.
Events, photoshoots, or professional use must be authorized in advance.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed upon request and must be approved prior to arrival.

6. Damages & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
Very Good Karma S.L. is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft occurring on the premises.
We recommend that all guests and production teams have appropriate insurance coverage.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled with care and used only for booking management, communication, and legal requirements.
Masia Can Parés complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

8. External Services & Collaborators

Masia Can Parés may recommend local partners (chefs, yoga teachers, photographers, etc.), but does not assume responsibility for their services.
All external vendors must be approved before entering the property.

9. Force Majeure

Very Good Karma S.L. is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we will do our best to find fair solutions or offer date changes.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona.

Rates include return airport transfers, breakfast cooked daily in your villa by our private chef, daily housekeeping, and concierge service via Whatsapp to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
