All stays are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require payment in full.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival: full refund minus 10% processing fee. 30–60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Check-in: 4pm. Check-out: 11am. No smoking inside. No pets. Maximum guest capacity must not be exceeded. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
